Selection Criteria
The awards recognize graduates who have excelled in their chosen field or performed exemplary service to the community and/or UW-Parkside. Nominees must hold a bachelor's or master's degree from UW-Parkside.
The Distinguished Achievement Award is given to a graduate who has excelled in his or her profession. Nominees will be evaluated by several factors, including positions of leadership in professional societies/organizations, a commitment to excellence and lifelong learning and evidence of continued growth in his or her profession.
The Distinguished Alumni Service Award is presented to an individual who demonstrates outstanding and significant contributions to the community and/or UW-Parkside.
Letters of nomination should include the name, current address and phone number of each nominee and the name and phone number of the nominator.
