Welcome!
Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Upward Bound Program. Upward Bound is a federally funded TRIO program that’s focuses on academic enrichment and is designed to prepare high school students for postsecondary education.
Upward Bound participants come from families with limited financial resources, are first generation college bound students or are in risk of academic failure. Our program currently services the Kenosha area with three area target high schools:
- Bradford High school
- Reuther High school
- Tremper High school
We provide a host of free services to the students to promote and encourage student success. These services range from academic assessments, financial literacy, outreach projects and cultural awareness.
The program staff is dedicated to ensuring that participants have a positive, memorable experience; thus, the staff is dedicated to assisting students academically so their educational goals can be achieved!
