Username and Password Your D2L Username is the same as your UW-Parkside e-mail username and your D2L Password is the same as your UW-Parkside e-mail password. Enter them in the spaces provided in the Login box, then click the Login button. D2L Login Trouble Shooting Perform a System Compatibility Check. This helps to assure your off-campus computer settings are compatible with the D2L software. Confirm that your off-campus computer meets the minimum requirements. Your D2L password is not your SOLAR password. Your D2L password is case sensitive and is the same as your Rangermail password. Forgot your password? If you do not remember your e-mail password you will need to have it reset. It cannot be looked-up. To reset your Rangermail password bring a picture ID to Wyllie Room D150 in the lower level of the library and ask the person at the front desk for an "E Assistance Form". After it is reset you will need to re-activate your e-mail account. In the past this had to be done from an on-campus computer. Now you can activate your e-mail account from any computer with Internet access. Try to log into Rangermail. If you are successful use the exact same username and password for D2L. Then, if you still cannot get into D2L, please submit a Login Support Form for a failed login. On the form let us know you can successfully log into Rangermail. Course rosters are updated nightly. Students who just added a class will not appear on the roster until the next day. Students who drop a course will not continue to have access to that D2L course. If you are unable to login to D2L, please submit a D2L Login Support Form.

How to Login to D2L

Browser
PCs: The preferred browser is Internet Explorer.
Macs: The preferred browser is Netscape 4.7-7.x or Mozilla 1.3-1.x.

Username and Password
Your D2L Username is the same as your UW-Parkside e-mail username and your D2L Password is the same as your UW-Parkside e-mail password. Enter them in the spaces provided in the Login box, then click the Login button.

D2L Login Trouble Shooting
