Contribute Set-Up Instructions

The Contribute desktop icon looks like this:

You only have to set up a connection one time. The program will remember your settings after that.

The Connection Wizard is very simple.

1. Click Website Connection.

2. Click Next.

3. In the "What is the web address (URL) of your website" text box type in:

http://hompages.uwp.edu/username/

Your username is your eight character UW-P Net ID/login name.

4. Click Next.

5. Choose FTP from the pull down menu in the first text box. Fill out the remaining
boxes as shown (substituting your username and password in place of mine).

6. Click Next.

7. Fill in your name and e-mail address.

8. Done!

9. Click Done.
