FrontPage Set-Up Instructions

If you already have a website set up in Frontpage, skip to Step 2.

1. To set up a FrontPage Website choose New from the File pull-down menu then One Page Web site.

2. To define the new FTP location choose Publish Site from the File pull-down menu.

3. If the Remote Web Site Properties dialog box does not appear automatically, click on the
Remote Web Site Properties tab.

	4. The Remote Web Site Properties window opens.
	5. Select FTP.
	6. The default setting needs to be edited.
	7. Enter the following information. ftp://homepages.uwp.edu (Note it is a forward slash only, /, for the FTP directory).
	8. Enter your UW-P login and password.   9. Click OK.

10. The Upload window appears. (Contents of the window will vary.)
