MOVE-IN OVERVIEW

Move-In for Fall 2024 is Sunday September 1, 2024, through Tuesday September 3, 2024, 10 am to 3 pm. Follow the Fall Move In Steps below. New Parkside students should arrive by Monday to partake in Ranger Welcome Events

Move-In for Spring 2025 is Sunday, February 2, 2025, 9 am to 10 pm at the Housing and Residence Life office, Ranger 036.

EARLY MOVE-IN

In the weeks leading up to the Fall term, we will be preparing our spaces for Move-In and wrapping up our summer operations. This means Residence Hall spaces will not be available for students to move into, or leave belongings, prior to Move In.

Students with on-campus employment that starts prior to the academic year, Kick Start participants, International Students, and Fall Sport Athletes, can move in early. Move-in times for these students are directly coordinated by their supervisor/ International Studies/Athletics/group leader and the Housing department. These students should be prepared to live in a temporary space until their Fall housing is ready. The Academic Year Housing and Dining contract for Fall and Spring Housing begins Labor Day weekend, so there is an additional weekly charge to live on campus prior to this time. Fall dining plans are available to use starting August 1. Dining operations are open for limited hours prior to the start of classes.
