Mathew Zachariah
Mathew Zachariah, Associate Lecturer in Learning Assistance, participates in the annual reading and scoring of the College Board's AP Examinations in calculus during the summer. Sponsored by the College Board, the AP program allowed high school students the opportunity to take rigorous college-level courses and exams and, based on their performance, receive credit and/or advanced placement when they enter college. Top students from the U.S., Canada, and abroad take the AP calculus exam. "This is the best professional experience I ever had," Mathew said. "It gives the opportunity to interact with the best educators in the world in strengthening the commitment to teaching." Mathew added he is very proud to have represented UW-Parkside at this unique program for the past eight years.
