Debra Karp

Debra Karp, Director of Community-Based Scholarship and Nonprofit Development in the Center for Community Partnerships, and Helen Rosenberg, Associate Professor of Sociology/Anthropology and Faculty Director of Community-Based Learning and Research, authored the Invited Feature Article titled "The Importance of Infrastructure for Support for Community-Based Learning," for the February 2012 issue of the Journal of College and Character. The article explores the historical and administrative changes at UW-Parkside which created an environment for the development and support of community-based learning.
