Joe Foy

Joe Foy, Assistant Professor of Political Science, was a guest on the Joy Cardin Show on Wisconsin Public Radio this morning Wednesday, April 4. He analyzed the winners and losers and other fallout of Tuesday's Wisconsin presidential primary.
