Jeffrey Alexander

Jeffrey Alexander, Associate Professor of History and Interim Associate Dean of Arts and Sciences, has received a research grant from Northeast Asia Council of the Association for Asian Studies. The funding will allow him to travel to Washington, D.C., in early June for research on what Alexander called the "great collection of materials related to the 1964 Tokyo Olympics" at the U.S. Library of Congress.
