Xun (George) Wang

Xun (George) Wang, Associate Professor of Sociology, gave two talks at Guizhou University of China in July. Monday, July 9, he spoke on "Higher Education Management in the U.S.: Tenure System;" and Tuesday July 10, he addressed "American Sociology: Public Sociology." Guizhou University is a public coeducational university located in the suburban outskirts of Guiyang, the capital city of Guizhou Province, China. The university is one of the key 211 Project universities on mainland China.Originally founded in 1902, Guizhou University is the flagship institution of higher learning in Guizhou. It is also one of the largest universities in the southwest of China serving more than 30,000 students.
