Colors of the Day: A golden ribbon for Rita

Communities congregate to clip Rita ribbon.

The Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce and Racine Manufacturers and Commerce (RAMAC rarely attend the same functions but The Rita brought them together Friday. Representatives from the organizations gathered with university faculty and staff in the shadow of the Rita Tallent Picken Regional Center for Arts and Humanities' iconic "The Life Expressive" sculpture to "officially" open the building for Business.
