WIPZ open house gets the word out

Lizz Garcia was all smiles Tuesday morning as she and other members of the WIPZ staff welcomed visitors to the station's open house. Garcia is music director for the station, and she also hosts a news program, Infinitely Interesting, from 11 a.m. to noon, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The program's content, Garcia said, is mainly the discussion of regional and campus news, but she does touch on national and international events.
