Coming in 2013: New University Personnel System

Beginning July 1, 2013, the new University Personnel System (UPS) takes effect for all employees of University of Wisconsin System institutions. Included in UPS are human resource strategies and planning for staffing, compensation, training, performance management, diversity, and legal compliance.

The UW System Administration UPS website provides an excellent resource to the process. Updates from UW System administration will be posted on the UW-Parkside faculty/staff webpage, including a list of frequently asked questions as well as UPS committee membership and committee notes.
