Chancellor’s Leadership Assembly gathers Wednesday
University of Wisconsin-Parkside Chancellor Debbie Ford invites faculty and staff to the Wednesday, April 18 Chancellor's Leadership Assembly. This 60 minute gathering begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Student Center Ballroom.
The featured speaker is Kenosha School of Technology Enhanced Curriculum Principal Dr. Angela Andersson. She will address "STEM Education: Opening the Door to the Future" on the importance of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in K-12 education. Dr. Andersson will be joined during the question and answer session by the school's STEM Coordinator Scott Hodges.
Following a welcome by Chancellor Ford to start the program, Human Resource Manager Barb Farrar has an update on the University Personnel Systems which are now being created. Dr. Andersson speaks and answers questions starting at approximately 8:40 a.m., and the program closes with a chancellor's update.
The Chancellor's Leadership Assembly is open to all UW-Parkside faculty and staff.
