Graduate survey: Your academic experience at UW-P

A request from Assistant Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness Kim Kelley:

Dear Graduating Senior,

First, congratulations on finishing your degree at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside!  We are very proud of your accomplishment and wish you success in all of your future endeavors. Before you go, please help us by taking a short survey.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness has developed a short survey, which we are administering through SOLAR, to learn about your future plans, and to obtain your perspective on your academic experience here at UW-Parkside. 

By taking the survey, you will be providing us with valuable information we will use to understand your experience, help us to improve the experience of future students, and help us to understand how we helped you reach your academic goals.

To show our appreciation, you will be eligible to win a Kindle Fire once you complete the survey! We will select the winner for the Kindle Fire from a list that will include everyone who completed the survey.

The survey will close on Thursday, May 31, 2012. The winner will be selected and announced by Friday, June 8, 2012.

Please log in your SOLAR account and click the Graduate Survey button under "Academics."
