Tonight…late…Late Night Student Breakfast

Good reason to stay up late: Late Night Breakfast!

Good reason to stay up late: Late Night Breakfast!

Here's a sure sign it's finals week: the annual Late Night Student Breakfast is this evening in the Student Center Brickstone Grill and Eatery. Faculty and staff will be dishing up a hot, free meal for our students from 9 to 11 p.m.

"Last year we served over 400 students in 2 hours," said the Student Center's Assistant Director of Operations Dennis Casey. "The breakfast is a break for students who are preparing for final exams [and] a fun way to wish the students well on exams and for safe summer."

Casey said the breakfast also is a chance to say goodbye to students who are about to graduate. The meal is provided by Sodexo and is free to all students.

For faculty and staff who are serving tonight, there are two 75-minute shifts. First shift is 8:45 to 10 p.m.; second shift is 9:45 to 11 p.m. You are asked to arrive at the Brickstone 15 minutes early. When you arrive, Stephanie Sirovatka Marshall will supply your name tag, gloves, and apron.

This is going to be a great time! So, have fun and GO RANGERS!
