Now showing: “Bikers to Byways” at DeKoven

There are two things University of Wisconsin-Parkside Advisor Theron Snell loves to be behind: the handlebars of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and the lens of his camera. Both of his passions are now on public display at the exhibition "Reflections: From Bikers to Byways" at the Spectrum Gallery of the Dekoven Center in Racine.

Through dozens of spectacular landscapes and intimate portraits, Snell reveals the world he has encountered during travels on his beloved Harley, capturing fascinating images of people and the places where they live. This panoply of America is visible only to those on two wheels.

Theron Snell's "Reflections: From Bikers to Byways" exhibition is showing now through Sunday, Oct. 7. The Spectrum Gallery is located in the east building of the Dekoven Center, located at 600 21st Street. The gallery is open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
