(top two photos) Where but Org Fair would you find a bear in the air? While Ranger Bear tried his hand at the climbing wall, students got the opportunity to test drive some of the dozens of interest groups at the Student Organization and Involvement Fair, Wednesday, Sept. 13, on the Student Center Pavilion.
(bottom two photos) After turning an orange into a battery and himself into a human electricity conductor, UW-Parkside Physics Professor Paul Mohazzabi, center, celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Science Night series with cake and good company. Dr. Mohazzabi created the series in 2003 to help students--university, high schools, and middle school students--explore math and science issues. Joining him at the Sept. 12 program were Chancellor Debbie Ford along with Math Lecturer and Dr. Mohazzabi assistant for the program Andy Von Dissen.
