Ranger Wellness Exercise Classes

  • Body Works, Oct. 29, 5-6 p.m., SAC Fieldhouse with Roxie & Kelly: Body Works is a moderate to high intensity full body work out; including interval biking along with different exercises to tone every major musc1e group and make you sweat. This class is designed to give participants a different approach to their everyday workouts and keep it interesting.
  • Total Body Toning, Nov. 1, 5:30-6:30 p.m., SAC Dance Studio with Shannon Becker & Karisa Laskowski: This is not your ordinary group workout. Try a combination of resistance training lifts, plyometrics, core training, and flexibility exercises for an overall total body workout. This multidimensional workout is geared toward intermediate level participants.
  • Supercharged Total Body Circuit, Nov. 7, 8-9 a.m., SAC Dance Studio with Paul Cooke & Ben Metz: A high intensity total body circuit training that works on developing strength, agility, and endurance. Space is limited to the first 20 participants.
  • Cardio Kickboxing, Nov. 9, noon-1 p.m., SAC Dance Studio with Sarah: A high intensity total body workout that combines traditional-kickboxing movements with resistance and core training. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced participants and does not require gloves. Get ready to jab, kick, and move your way to a better you!
  • Body Works, Nov. 12, 5-6 p.m., SAC Fieldhouse with Roxie and Kelly: Body Works is a moderate to high intensity full body work out; including interval biking along with different exercises to tone every major musc1e group and make you sweat.   • Functional Core, Nov. 14, 8-9 a.m., SAC Dance Studio with Sam: This is a full core workout without the traditional crunches. The class uses more functional positions to obtain core strength. This is a great workout for beginner to intermediate levels of fitness.
  • Booty Bash, Nov. 19, noon-1 p.m., SAC Dance Studio with Jen: This is a lower body workout focusing on toning while incorporating cardio blasts. Booty Bash is a high tempo fun way to mix up your regular lower body routine. It is a great class for moderate to advanced levels of fitness.
