Emergency Response Training
In light of the recent tragic events in Connecticut, UW-Parkside Police and Public Safety Chief Jim Heller reminds everyone that his department offers training on how to respond to an active shooter on campus.
Trained police officers are available to present this information tailored to specific departments and work areas. Email Chief Heller to schedule training for your department.
Statistics show that university campuses continue to be among the safest work environments. However, it is important to become familiar with proper emergency response procedures.
