Got talent? Faculty/Staff Talent Show needs you!

Do you have a special talent or skill? UW-Parkside Student Activities and the Parkside Pride Week Committee invite you to show off your specialty and help United Way at the same time.

The first-ever Faculty/Staff Talent Show is Wednesday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m. That evening, the Student Center Cinema will be filled with the music, singing, dancing, sword swallowing, fire breathing (okay, maybe not the last two) of your UW-Parkside colleagues.

If you'd like to be a part of this great evening, contact Sarah Raidbard at Raidbard@uwp.edu no later than this Friday, Jan. 25, and give her a brief description of your talent. Dress rehearsal is Monday, Feb. 11, at 5 p.m. in the Cinema.

Proceeds from the suggested donations at the door will benefit the United Way organizations of Kenosha and Racine. Bonus: if you're a professional performer, the talent you display at the Faculty/Staff Talent Show may be tax deductible!

Help us show the world UW-Parkside Cares (that's this year's university United Way campaign theme) and have a great time doing it at the first-ever Faculty/Staff Talent Show.
