Take Wellness Challenge; nominate a student leader
UW-Parkside Student Activities invites you to the special Ranger Wellness Challenge program "How to stay grounded in an ungrounded world," Wednesday, April 10, at noon in the Student Center Oak Room. This interactive open forum focuses on how the state of the world impacts your life and how you can deal with it on a daily basis. Topics include breathing practices and breath awareness, how your food choices make a difference and impact your constitution, and other topics that create stress that destabilize us in life.
Student Activities is also asking for your help in recognizing exemplary students. Every year, SA hosts the Student Leadership and Recognition Banquet to celebrate our student leaders and campus organizations. This year's banquet is Thursday, April 25, at 5 p.m. in the University Ballroom.
"We are requesting your assistance in recognizing the accomplishments of student leaders and organizations," said Student Activities Coordinator Sarah Raidbard. "You can submit a nomination online and paper nominations forms are available in the Student Activities Office."Nominations, Raidbard said, are due Monday, April 15, at 4:30 p.m.
