Yohnk reviews busy year during VSSC interview
For Dean Yohnk and our colleagues in the College of Arts and Humanities, the 2012-2013 academic year can be summed up in one word: Busy! The college's hectic but extraordinarily successful year was the subject of a recent interview conducted by student Eric Zizich for the Virtual Student Success Center (VSSC).
The dean talked about the college's 300-plus events during the university's Year of the Arts and Humanities. These included 13 gallery exhibitions, more than 90 concerts, 10 theatre productions and special programs conducted by Communication, English, Ethnic Studies, Liberal Studies, Modern Languages, and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.Yohnk said the college's ongoing mission can be summed up in two words: Human expression. The entire interview, and other VSSC programs, are available online.
