Northwestern football praises UW-Parkside menu

For more than two decades, the Northwestern University football team has come to the UW-Parkside for training camp. For the past eight years, Executive Chef Joe Minneci and his staff have been setting the table for the team. And the Wildcat players love the menu set before them.

On a recent edition of the "Pat Fitzgerald Show," aired on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Chef Joe was featured along with his culinary crew. That report is now on the university web site. 

Student Center Director Stephanie Sirvotka-Marshall praised Chef Joe and Food Service Director Angela Jensen saying, "...kudos to you and the Sodexo staff who make NW's visit a positive one each year when it comes to their dining experience! I know that you strive for excellence in dining and this story certainly highlights it."
