UW-Parkside Intramural: Basketball

- Submit this form online or return this form to the Intramurals office, room L163 in the Sports and Activity Center no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 7, 2011.
- There will be a mandatory manager's meeting on Tuesday February 7, 2012 AT 5:00 P.M. in the Sports and Activities Center Fieldhouse. ONE PERSON from the submitted roster MUST BE PRESENT AT THIS MEETING. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- The first games will be played on Tuesday February 13, 2012
- A team may have two former COLLEGIATE varsity members on it.
- Games will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 6:30 P.M.
- Individuals ARE ALLOWED to sign up and will be placed on a team.
- A player can only play for one team and cannot switch teams.
- Players cannot be added to the team roster after the second week.
- The team manager will be given a copy of the rules and a schedule. These can also be found at www.uwp.edu/go/intramurals
