	person! This Business Career Showcase will occur at Carthage College in 
	Kenosha on September 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is an excellent 
	event for students majoring in accounting\, finance\, business\, HR\, 
	marketing\, and related areas.\n\nRegister on Handshake\n\nAttending 
	this career fair is an excellent way to:\n\n\n	NETWORK with employers 
	and learn about organizations looking to hire college graduates. These 
	are the recruiters who do the hiring!\n	DISCOVER post-graduation job 
	opportunities with area employers\, share your resume\, and apply for 
	positions that interest you...you might even get an on-the-spot 
	interview\n	EXPLORE and apply for academic 
	internships and meaningful employment for the summer of 2025\n	ATTEND a 
	professional development workshop to help further your career 
	development.\n\n\nIf you are a freshman\, sophomore\, junior\, senior\, 
	or graduate student\, this Career Showcase offers you the chance to get 
	to know employers\, build your professional connections\, learn about 
	internships &amp\; careers\, gain some professional and career tips\, 
	and possibly even get hired.\n\nOnce you register on Handshake\, view 
	the list of employer attendees and go to their website to learn more 
	about these organizations. Make a list of employers you want to visit on 
	the day of the Showcase and write down questions for each one. Students 
	who prepare ahead of time this way have a better chance of getting 
	hired.\n\nBe sure you create or update your professional resume and have 
	it reviewed by someone at your college (an academic advisor or career 
	center representative is best).\n\nCome professionally dressed on the 
	day of the Showcase with copies of your resume.
