Cross Cultural Communication
Many individuals now routinely work with colleagues, customers and partners in other countries, and the need to understand and successfully communicate across cultures extends to people who do not travel to, or live in, other countries. In global organizations, cross cultural communication skills are not an add-on, they become part of our normal way of working, and have to be embedded in the way we lead, work, and collaborate. In this course, through case studies and practical exercises, participants move beyond developing awareness and understanding of difference, to understanding and identifying barriers to effective communication in diverse environments. Employers will benefit through the development of employees who improve their ability to communicate cross culturally.
