Revenue Strategies: Contributed and Earned Income

This session will start with reviewing a revenue source assessment to identify areas for exploration or of underperformance. You will also explore the staff and board’s role in revenue generation—from annual giving to program fees—as well as the role that cultural competence plays in influencing revenue strategy. Leave with a broad appreciation of how a healthy income mix will sustain your organization.
