Develop Critical Thinking, Problem Solving,
Improve Negotiation Skills, and Build better Self-awareness
Conflict is an inevitable and constant feature of our lives - a fundamental feature of our relationships at home, at work, and in the world at large. How we handle conflict - either well, or poorly - has profound consequences for the fate of our relationships, our own mental health, our organizations, and our communities. In a series of 3 modules, this certificate provides participants with the basic concepts and tools that are necessary for transforming destructive approaches to conflict into constructive ones. Module 1 focuses on Self-Awareness, Module 2 on Conflict Analysis, and Module 3 on Negotiation and Mediation. Students will practice with case studies, and with exercises that help them apply these lessons to their own lives.
