In the current interconnected and digital world, communication has become more complex and it is more important for nonprofits to reach their target audiences. In this two day boot camp, you will explore a framework for preparing a thorough marketing and communication plan.
You will gain the tools to build your brand to communicate your mission and identify how to reach target audiences through compelling messages.
You will explore various channels of communication (offline and online) and learn when it is appropriate to use each channel. You will have the opportunity to improve your existing communication plan or review the framework of a new communication plan that clarifies roles for staff and board and identifies protocols for internal, external, and crisis communication.
