Discretionary Transfer Opportunity
The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a Human Resources Assistant opening in the Department of Human Resources.

This position supports the HR Director and HR Manager with special projects and assists in the broad spectrum of HR management including benefit administration, employment relations, affirmative action/equal opportunity, FMLA, immigration and Visa administration, worker compensation and other related functions. This position reports to the Director of HR but may receive assignments from the HR Manager.
This position will make independent and complex decisions concerning the interpretation and application of a wide variety of federal and state laws, personnel rules, regulations, procedures and policies.
Schedule/Pay Range: 81-05 (minimum salary $13.695)
Internal (current) employees: pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensate upon transfer, voluntary demotion or reinstatement transactions.
