Position Title: Outreach Program Manager
Employment Type: Full Time – Academic Staff – Non-Exempt
Reports To: This position reports to the Director of Professional and Continuing Education (PCE) and supports adult noncredit Continuing Education (CE) by developing, implementing, and evaluating new and existing PCE Health and Human Services and nonprofit programs. The selected candidate is responsible for conducting research and market analysis activities, as well as assisting in other strategic planning opportunities to expand adult learning programs that meet current market demands. This position serves as a representative for PCE programs that provide outreach and educational services to adult learners.

Key Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will identify leads and ideas for new noncredit, and potentially noncredit to credit option bearing adult classes and certificate programs; conduct research and perform needs assessments; assist in the development of course content and syllabi for courses by incorporating adult learning principles, and know how to assess learning outcomes. The successful candidate will work with PCE staff, University faculty, external consultants, and may manage student workers. This individual enjoys working in a team environment, will support the coordination and delivery of adult continuing education programs, and will use good judgment and discretion while assuming office and program responsibilities, as well as in the absence of the Director.

- Demonstrated success at conducting research, and performing needs assessments or market analysis to improve products or services
- Training and Development Experience
