University Service Associate 2 Operation Specialist (Internal Transfer Candidates Only)

The University of Wisconsin Parkside currently has a University Service Associate 2 vacancy, working title: Operations Specialist, in our Center for Community Partnerships.

Salary: Pay Schedule/Pay Range: 02-10. Pay will be based on the rules that apply to compensation upon transfer, reinstatement or voluntary demotion transactions; pay will not be less than the minimum of the pay range, $14.108/hr. A six-month permissive probation period may be required.

Job duties: This position provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Assistant Director of the Center for Community Partnerships, as well as division operations, programming logistics, and daily office duties. Duties will include scheduling appointments and meetings, screen and evaluate correspondence, prepare reports, maintain work schedules, monitor timeline of events, and maintain master schedule of events.
