Workplace Conflict Analysis and Mediation Certificate

In a series of 3 modules, this certificate provides participants with the basic concepts and tools that are necessary for transforming destructive approaches to conflict into constructive ones.

Analyzing Conflict: Getting to the Root of It  |  Begins Feb. 28  |  Blended
Explore the role of emotions in conflict and determine ways to work more effectively with emotions and learn how to analyze conflicts at the macro and micro levels.
Practical Techniques for Conflict Resolution  |  Begins Mar. 28  |  Blended
Practice nonviolent (compassionate) communication, apply methods for constructive interaction developed by the Harvard Negotiation Project, and utilize skills in conflict mediation.
