Jundong Chen is an associate professor of computer science at University of Wisconsin–Parkside. He previously served as associate professor at Dickinson State University. He received his Ph.D. in Computational Analysis and Modeling from Louisiana Tech University. His research interests include social networks, game theory, network security, data mining, and ground penetrating radar–based non-destructive detection.

Teaching Interests
My teaching interests include programming (C++, Java, Python), data structures and algorithms, databases, operating systems, computer organization, computer networks, data science, and probability and statistics, with an emphasis on combining theory and hands-on applications.
Research Interests
My research interests include social network analysis, game theory, network security, data mining, biometric authentication, and Bayesian-based signal processing, with recent work on ground penetrating radar curve detection and localization using machine learning and pattern recognition.
