Teaching interests include Retail & Service Management, Human Resource Staffing (Recruitment & Selection), Training & Development, Performance Management, Resilience in Organizations, Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Skill Development, Leadership, Human Resources Management, Strategic HRM, Organizational Behavior.

Research Interests

My focus is on the intersection and interaction of individuals' personal and professional lives. As such, my research interests include the impact of technology and globalization, as well as work/life balance, downsizing, quality of life, job and life satisfaction, employee selection, benefits, mentoring and retention programs, personality, mental health and work addiction.
