Patrick Mcguire

Patrick McGuire has been part of UW-P's English Department for more than 30 years.

Teaching Interests

I enjoy teaching a wide variety of topics from creative writing classes to literature classes. Courses taught include History of the English Language, Shakespeare, Chaucer, Jane Austen, Wallace Stevens, Intro to Modern World Literature, British Poetry, American Literature.

Research Interests

Currently working on three articles for magazines concerning bridges, bourbon, and adulthood.
