Consulting Interests
I am a sociologist, legal scholar, and applied researcher whose consulting practice focuses on how organizations actually behave—not how policies say they should. Through ReSCI Consulting, I work with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to diagnose and improve organizational culture, climate, and decision-making by using rigorous qualitative and mixed-methods research. My work sits at the intersection of law, organizational behavior, and social psychology, with particular attention to silence, compliance, trust, and soft-skill dynamics such as communication, empathy, conflict management, and leadership judgment. I design evidence-based assessments, anonymous focus-group platforms, and targeted trainings that help organizations surface hidden problems, strengthen accountability, and build durable, human-centered systems of work.
