Biography
Ms. Stark has been teaching at UWP since 1997. She received her B.A. in Social Welfare from UW-Whitewater and her Master's in Public Administration from UWP. Julia teaches CRMJ 101 Introduction to Criminal Justice, CRMJ 363 Corrections, CRMJ 371 the Criminal Mind and special topics in Community Oriented Policing. She is a supervisor with the Division of Community Corrections.
