What are your plans after graduation?

I will be an alumni of UWP in fall 2014 and will attend graduate school!

Best place to study:

The ENVS private research lab, GIS lab, or at a coffee shop off campus. Few distractions and caffeine are a great combination!

Best place to eat in Kenosha or Racine:

Date Night: La Fogata,

Casual: Red Robin or Noodles and Company

Favorite activity/place off-campus:

Hiking the Lake Michigan shoreline with my tiny Maltese Chihuahua.

Best class so far:

Seminar in Food Studies. We worked on growing seedlings for the community garden, and donated extra plants to local lower income individuals and families. We learned about the Green Revolution, GMO's and many other agricultural related topics. The hands on activities were fun and intriguing.

Why did you pick UWP?

Close to home, affordable, and convenient for an adult leaving the business world to return to academia.

Best advice for getting the most out of college:

Time management is crucial. Second, networking with fellow students and faculty really does help you learn more and get the most out of your college experience.
