Hyunji Dana Lim, (Ph.D., University of Florida) is an Assistant Professor in the Communication Department at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. Her research focuses on reputation management, crisis communication, and public diplomacy, particularly in the context of country reputation. She has contributed to academic journals, including the Journal of Contingencies and Crisis Management and Public Relations Review, and has authored a chapter in the first edition of Internal Communication and Employee Engagement published by Routledge. Dr. Lim brings her extensive expertise to a variety of courses, such as Public Relations Concept and Practices, International Public Relations, and Crisis Communication Management.
