Help! How can I find the information I want?

There are three types of searches available on the UW-Parkside website. Each type is explained below:

Keyword search: Keyword searching is probably the fastest way to access most UW-Parkside websites. Keywords are a department's name or a description of the information on the page. For example, financial aid, library, english and events are all valid keywords, and lead to the financial aid site, the library site, the English department site, and the events calendar respectively.

The Keyword search is automatically selected. Just type the keyword for the site you wish to reach in the search text box, and click the go! button.

Did we miss a keyword? Send us a message letting us know what keyword you wanted to use, and what you expected to find.

Phonebook/Directory Search: Looking for a UW-Parkside student or employee? Select "Phonebook/Directory" under the search text box, and enter the last name of the person you are trying to find. Then, click the go! button.

UW-P Google Search: The UW-P Google Search uses Google's searching technology to index the all of the pages on the UW-Parkside website. This search returns a list of sites which have text matching the word or phrase entered in the search box. To use this search, make sure that "UW-P Google Search" is selected under the search text box, type what you're looking for in the search text box, and click the go! button.
