Square Number 1 Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid
The FAFSA is available beginning January 1st. The FAFSA is used to determine your eligibility for institutional, federal and state financial aid programs including grants, scholarships, loans and work-study.   Use the   financial aid check list to guide you through the process and estimate your costs or our visit   Financial Aid.

Square Number 2 Submit your Housing Application
Use your student ID number to submit a housing application.  Housing assignments are based on the date of submission, therefore, submit your contract as soon as possible.  Be sure to pay the  $50.00 housing deposit.  Sign up now to get the best room assignment!

Square Number 3 Start the Veterans/Military Benefits Process

The veterans/military benefits process can take some time, so we encourage you to start well before the start of the term. Start today, by reviewing veterans website.

Square Number 4  Upload your Ranger Card Photo

Your Ranger Card is more than just your student ID card.   You will use it to access your meal plan.  You can also put money on it for laundry, printing, copies and vending.  Be ready for ROAR or Transfer Transitions by uploading your picture for your Ranger Card.

Square Number 5 Take a Placement Test (adult, transfer and international students)
Students who have not submitted an ACT or SAT or who have not completed college level math or English will be required to take a Placement Test.  Beginning February 1st, you can register for the UW Regional tests or the online test.  Placement testing is also available on the Parkside campus.   

Square Number 6  Submit your Final Transcripts
Prior to orientation, you need to submit your final high school or college transcript to the Admissions Office, 900 Wood Road, Kenosha, WI 53141.
