Campus Printing

Where and how can I print on campus?
There are two locations on campus where you can print out a file from a computer in a campus lab.

To Print to one of the Campus Pay Per Page Printers You Will need a Ranger Card or Guest Card with money or Campus Cash on it.

Note: Students will receive a $20.00 credit to their Papercut account at the beginning of each full semester. The funds can only be used for campus printing. Once depleted, Papercut will pull the necessary funds from the students Campus Cash account.

Printing from a Personal Computer or Mobile Device

  1. Log into PaperCut using your UW-Parkside username and password.
  2. From the left column, select Web Print, then click on the Submit a Job button.
  3. Enter the preferred number of copies, then click on the Upload Documents button.
  4. Upload or “Drag and Drop” the selected file(s) in the upload box.
  5. Once the file(s) have finished uploading, click on the Upload & Complete button.

Printing from a Campus Computer

  1. When you are ready to send your document to the printer from a library or lab computer, you’ll notice that the PaperCut printer is selected by default.
  2. After you click to Print, go to the printer (MOLN L117 or the Library) and swipe your Ranger Card or enter your username/password.
