Promise Program 2025
Free tuition is available for qualified students.
The University of Wisconsin-Parkside has two tuition programs available to Wisconsin residents. Our tuition programs are designed to make college affordable and to provide additional support. Both Parkside Promise Plus and the Wisconsin Tuition Promise provide grant support for tuition and fees after federal and state grant aid has been applied.
Parkside Promise Plus
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Wisconsin Resident
- New First-Year Student
- First time bachelor’s degree seeking
- Complete a FAFSA each year and with a Student Aid Index (SAI) between 1,500 and 2,000
- Minimum HS GPA: 2.20
- Full-time enrollment required or complete at least 24 credits each academic year
- Be continuously enrolled (Fall and Spring semesters)
- Meet Standards of Academic Progress (SAP) and other Title IV eligibility requirements
WISCONSIN TUITION PROMISE
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Wisconsin Resident
- New first-year and new transfer students
- First time bachelor’s degree- seeking
- Complete a FAFSA each year and in the first year have an Adjusted Gross Income of ≤ $55,000
- Full-time enrollment required or complete at least 24 credits each academic year
- Be continuously enrolled (Fall and Spring semesters)
- Meet Standards of Academic Progress (SAP) and other Title IV eligibility requirements
