APP IDEA?
The UW-Parkside App Factory is a creative, professional, Interdisciplinary group on campus that develops mobile apps for community clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin. We provide conceptual designing and prototype mobile app development services to help find solutions and strategies for technology challenges.
Students, both graduate and undergraduate, and faculty from computer science, business, art, and other disciplines collaborate to create these apps in a "startup company" environment. Students gain real world experience working with clients and working on live projects as part of internships or course credit.

The App Factory is a conduit for UW-Parkside students to gain important internship experience that will prepare them to compete for the best creative and technical jobs in the area and around the world.
DONATIONS
The financial donations allow us to develop projects for nonprofit organizations that would normally not be able to afford a mobile app. Our student interns are paid through financial donations of clients and donors. Please include "App Factory" in the donation information section.
