Kenosha, Wis. – The University of Wisconsin–Parkside is proud to announce Homecoming 2026, taking place Friday, Oct. 9 through Saturday, Oct. 10. Alumni, students, families, friends, and community members are invited to join the celebration and take part in a weekend full of Ranger pride, connection, and tradition.
Homecoming Festivities
The weekend festivities will kick off on Friday, Oct. 9, with several events across campus, including the Ranger Men’s Soccer match against Northern Michigan University at 12 p.m. at Wood Road Soccer Field and the Noon Concert Series in the Bedford Concert Hall.
The popular Homecoming Tailgate will return Friday, Oct. 9 from 4-6 p.m. at the UW–Parkside Sports & Activity Center (SAC). Attendees can enjoy food, activities, and the chance to reconnect with fellow Rangers. Following the tailgate, attendees are invited to support the Ranger Volleyball team as they take on Michigan Tech at 6 p.m. in De Simone Arena.
On Saturday, Oct. 10, families can participate in Ranger Explorers from 2-3 p.m., a fun-filled campus exploration designed for kids of all ages. The weekend also showcases the performing arts with The Arsonists, presented by the UW–Parkside Theatre Arts program, with performances at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 10 at the Black Box Theatre.

Alumni, Private and Ticketed Events
UW–Parkside is also proud to celebrate the achievements and contributions of outstanding graduates during the Distinguished Alumni Awards celebration on Friday, Oct. 9, honoring individuals who have excelled in their chosen field or performed exemplary service to our community.
Alumni are also invited to attend “Our Parkside Story: The End” on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 1-2 p.m. at the Book & Brew, for an opportunity to reminisce about “The End”, share your story, and the experiences that shaped your Parkside journey.
Homecoming weekend will conclude with the Ranger Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 6:30-9 p.m. in the Student Center Ballroom, honoring this year’s six outstanding individuals and one team, celebrating their lasting contributions to Ranger Athletics.

While some events are designed specifically for alumni, all Homecoming activities are family-friendly and open to friends, and guests.
