Current Day Trips and Social Events
ALL Annual Luncheon
DATE: June 22, 2026
LOCATION: UW-Parkside University Ballroom
REGISTRATION: 11:00am
LUNCH: 12:00pm
PRESENTATION AND ENTERTAINMENT: 1:30PM
COST: $50 for members, $60 for guests
Celebrate another fantastic year of Adventures in Lifelong Learning. We will honor our amazing volunteers and enjoy an afternoon filled with great food, good company, and plenty of fun. Our featured entertainment will be the musical talents of the 2025 Miss Wisconsin, Willow Newell.
Lunch includes a house salad, bread and butter, and coffee and water. The three entree choices are: Bourbon Glazed Salmon (Gluten Free), Carved Roast Turkey, and Vegan Mushroom Pot Pie.
Kenosha Kingfish Baseball Game
DATE: Sun, Jun 28, 2026
LOCATION: Self-drive trip to the historic Simmons Field in Kenosha, WI
TIME: 1 – 4:30 pm
NOTE Registration deadline: Fri Jun 12
The Kenosha Kingfish are playing against the Traverse City Pit Spitters. Your ticket will include a hot dog, brat, potato chips, and a Kingfish hat. Seats are under the awning behind the first base line. To see the flyer, click the Learn More link.
Monty Python’s Spamalot Bus Trip
DATE: Sat Jul 18, 2026
LOCATION: Marcus Performing Arts Center in Milwaukee and Mulligan’s Irish Pub & Grill
TIMES: Show at 2:00 pm and dinner about 4:30 or 5:00 pm
NOTE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wed Jun 17
The musical comedy, lovingly ripped off from the film classic Monty Python and the Holy Grail, has everything that makes a great knight (sic) at the theatre, from flying cows to killer rabbits, British royalty to French taunters, dancing girls, rubbery shrubbery, and of course The Lady of the Lake. Spamalot features well-known song titles such as “Always Look on the Bright Side of Life,” “The Song That Goes Like This,” and “Find Your Grail” that have become beloved classics in the musical theatre canon.
