Lovina Akowuah is an experienced HR professional, educator, speaker, and best-selling author. She has 18+ years of corporate experience with Fortune 500 companies and Big Four Accounting Firm spanning across financial and professional services, insurance and manufacturing industries.
Lovina has served in capacities such as Financial Consultant, Engagement Manager, and Learning and Development roles. She served as the VP of Communication and Marketing for the Association for Talent and Development (ATD) and was an adjunct Instructor with Waukesha County Technical College’s Corporate Training Center, designing and delivering workshops on Human Resource Effectiveness, Management/ Leadership, and Personal/Professional Development.
Lovina is also the founder of LBA Consulting where she serves her clients in the areas of Instructional Design, Training, Motivational Speaking, and Coaching (Leadership and HR)
